   Robert (Rob) Alan Brown Jr, age 46, passed away unexpectedly June 5, 2023 in Mayville ND. 

   He was born July 28, 1976 to Kathleen Martin and Robert Brown Sr, in Stoughton MA where he attended school. He enjoyed soccer, music lessons, and spent time at Westwood Camp as a child. He graduated from Southeastern Regional High School in 1994.

   Rob worked as a chef in the Stoughton MA area for several years, then relocated to Fargo ND in 2011 and transitioned to working as a truck driver, making deliveries across North Dakota and Minnesota.

   Rob was united in marriage to Hannah Somerled on August 1, 2020 at Lincoln Park in Grand Forks ND, and gained his two step sons, before settling in Mayville ND, where he lived until his death. 

   Rob loved riding his motorcycle, camping, and fishing. He was an accomplished musician, writing music and playing in several bands, which included Terratism and Skin Device. Throughout his music career, Rob released three albums. He was also a talented standup comedian. In recent years, Rob belonged to the Fargo chapter of A.R.M. (The Association of Recovering Motorcyclists) for a period of time. He also enjoyed his garden, spending time with his wife and stepsons and had been in the early steps of writing a book. Rob was incredibly creative, talented, and had a big heart.

   Rob is survived by his wife: Hannah of Mayville ND; stepsons: Donnelly Fuglseth of Grand Forks ND and Dominick Herda of Mayville ND; his parents: Kathleen Martin and Robert Brown Sr of Stoughton MA; grandmother: Rose Brown of Brockton, MA; aunts: Maureen Kurtz of Fargo, ND, Jane Pond of Klamath Falls, OR and Francis Martin of Townsend, MA; an uncle: Ralph Brown of Brockton, MA; cousins: Wendy (Jotham) Frary of Maui, Hawaii, Aubrey (Jack) Kurtz of Fountain Hills, AZ/Fargo, ND, Lisa (Chris) Olson of Fargo, ND, Justin (Lisa) Martin of Townsend, MA and his very close friends: John Gloddy of Boston, MA and George Sweeney of Colrain, MA; as well as many more cousins, friends, and loved ones.

   Rob was preceded in death by his uncle: John Martin and his close friend: James (Spanky) Jamieson.
