Hazel Kay Olson will have a memorial service on Monday, June 8, 2020 at the Mayville Luther Church in Mayville. Family and friends are welcome to attend the service at 3 PM. Burial will be in the Mayville Cemetery in Mayville, ND.
Hazel was loved by her parents: Bailey Hlavac and Hunter Olson; maternal grandparents: Terri Hlavac and Michael Hlavac; paternal grandparents: Buck and Liz Olson; aunts and uncles: Tanna (Ben) Knudson, Randi (Tyler Stevens) Hlavac, Crystal (Thomas) Johnson and Kate Olson; and numerous other family and friends.
