Jax Francis Raywalt

February 6, 2017 — February 16, 2017

“We loved you your whole life. We will miss you for the rest of ours.” Jax was born February 6th, 2017 at 3:59am, at Mayo Methodist Hospital Family Birthing Center in Rochester, MN. Jax is the treasured son of Jonathan Raywalt and Shelby DeLisle. Jax was welcomed into this world 7 weeks premature with an underlying heart condition. We remember him whole-heartedly as a precious gift from God who loved holding mommy and daddy’s hands and stealing the hearts of all those who met him including his NICU nurses. Although we were only able to be with Jax physically for 10 days, but in that short time he changed our lives in ways that we could have never imagined. His personality brightened the lives of everyone around him. He is greeted in Heaven by great-grandparents Francis and Cordelia DeLisle, Fred and Rose Raywalt, and great-grandpa Charles Archambeau. Jax is survived by his parents; grandparents Steve and Kelly Archambeau (Mayville, ND), David and Tammy DeLisle (Stephen, MN), Alan and Corina Pietruszewski (Argyle, MN), and William Raywalt (Bismarck, ND); great-grandparents Richard and Beverly Bolduc (Warren, MN) JD and Sue Stephenson (Bismarck, ND) David and Denice Cook (Casper, WY) Mildred Archambeau (Mayville, ND) and Roger and Bernadette Pietruszewski (Argyle, MN); aunts and uncles Douglas DeLisle (Argyle, MN) Brody Pietruszewski (Argyle, MN) Jake Archambeau and Courtney Savage (Mayville, ND) Jesse and Danyel Archambeau (Portland, ND) Ashton and Aaron Sundeen (Mayville, ND) Joshua Raywalt (Bismark, ND) Emmy Bucholz (Grand Forks, ND) Lisa Bucholz (Grand Forks, ND) Alan Bucholz (Clarksville, TN); cousins: Austin and Miles Eberhardt, Sarah Jones, Mason and Axel Archambeau, and Caleb Wald; godparents: Thomas and Johnathon Karnopp-Smette as well as great-aunts, great-uncles, and many other friends and family that loved him dearly. We politely ask that you wear colorful clothing to celebrate Jax’s life. Although our time together was short we’ll cherish it forever. Visitation: Will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Funeral Service: 11:00 AM Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Riverside Evangelical Free Church in Mayville, ND.
