Cecelia Ann Otteson

Cecelia Ann Otteson, 70 of Minto, ND died Friday, February 15, 2013 at her home, surrounded by her family, under the care of Hospice. Cecelia was born January 28, 1943 to Carl and Dagny (Gustafson) Berquist at Watford City, ND. She grew up and attended Nelson School in rural Watford City. On June 22, 1968 she married Selmer Otteson at Watford City. They lived in Warwick, ND and Portland, ND before settling in Minto. Cecelia enjoyed taking trips with her family and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Selmer of Minto; 3 daughters, Joanne Otteson (Jon Linner) of Oakwood, ND, Priscilla Otteson of Grafton, ND and Jodi (Daniel) Concha of Fargo, ND; 8 grandchildren; sister, Darlene (Lee) Stevens of Watford City, ND; brother, Roy (Marlyn) Berquist of Watford City; 3 sisters-in-law, Linda Berquist of Watford City, Janice (Perry) Knudsvig of Clifford, ND and Mary Otteson of Sheridan, WY; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ray Berquist; 2 half-brothers, Clarence and Arden Berquist; and 2 brothers-in-law, Douglas and Carl Otteson.
