Mary Ann Sparrow

Mary Ann Sparrow, 81, of Mayville, ND died Friday, June 8, 2012 at Luther Memorial Home in Mayville, ND. Mary Ann was born to Albert and Enah (Anderson) Sparrow on March 16, 1931. She was baptized in the Lutheran Faith. Mary lived with her mother and father until their deaths. Although she could not communicate she understood what you were saying and had a good sense of humor. She loved music, animals and being with people. She entered the Hatton Retirement Home in April 1997 and then transferred to the Luther Memorial Home in 2006. Mary is survived by 2 sisters, Eline Heazlett of Lakefield, MN and Ruth Bachmeier of Irvine, CA; sister-in-law, Viola Sparrow of Portland, ND; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, William and Edward Sparrow; and 3 sisters, Alvia Sparrow, Maxine Sparrow Cardiff and Delora Sparrow. Visitation: One hour prior to the Memorial Service. Memorial Service: 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Luther Memorial Home Chapel, Mayville, ND.
