Lily Arielle Johnson

Lily Arielle Johnson, newborn daughter of Ross and Allison Johnson, of Mayville, ND, sister to Faith, Sophia, and VernaAnn, lived for 1 hour and 39 minutes, before going to be with the Lord. Lily went up to heaven, on Monday, August 29, 2011, at 7:00 pm. Lily spent her life being loved through her mommy’s tummy. Her sisters would hug and kiss her through mommy’s tummy, and they would talk to her all the time. We celebrated having her as long as we could carry her. She also experienced a lot of love the day she was born, by so many visitors. We will await the day when we will all be reunited as a family in heaven. Lily is also survived by her grandparents Paul and Nancy Stockton of Portland, ND, Neal and Gaylene Johnson of Cummings, ND and Glen Miller of Florida; her great-grandparents Bud and Marian Johnson and Gordon and Theoline Gunderson, all of Mayville; her aunts and uncles, Staci and Ryan Anderson of Bismarck, ND, Mindy and Travis Dale of Ohio, Karen and Eric Nelson of West Fargo, ND, and Michael Miller of Florida; her cousins Isaac and Olivia Anderson, Kain and Haylee Dale, and Logan and Hannah Nelson; and many other wonderful people. Lily was preceded in death by her sister, VernaAnn Gabrielle, her great-grandparents Verna Jean Johnson, Betty Ann Deppa, Donald Clarence Deppa, Drewry Kelso Miller, and Mary Evans Miller; and her great-uncles Donald Thomas Deppa, Daniel Edward Deppa, Thomas Donald Deppa, and Kevin Connor. Visitation will be on Wednesday evening, August 31, at Riverside Evangelical Free church (Mayville), from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will also be held at Riverside, Thursday morning, September 1, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Carlson Cemetery, rural Mayville, N.D.
